Fishing Trip Overview Our
Fishing trips take place in Matlacha Aquatic Preserve, just 15 minutes from
downtown Cape Coral. Starting locations and times will vary depending on the
season, conditions, and desired targeted species. Our fishing trips are
surrounded by shallow water grass flats, mangrove tree lines, and miles of
canals that hold our most desired fish species. This includes Redfish, Snook
and Spotted Sea Trout.
We pride
ourselves on delivering a memorable experience for beginners and pros alike.
We’re happy to teach you everything from lure selection, knot tying to casting
tips, or take the more experienced anglers straight to the feeding fish.
All of our kayak fishing guides are native fishermen with
years of fishing experience on our local waters here in Southwest, Florida.

A fishing kayak is the perfect
vessel to rent for fishing. These kayaks are equipped
with a pedal drive system providing anglers a stable, hands-free fishing
experience. The kayak is used only for fishing and is a great way to save
time going to and from fishing spots. Cape Coral Kayak also offers fishing equipment rentals. Fishing licenses are required
for those 16 years of ago or older. Fishing licenses are NOT sold on site, but
may be purchased ahead of time at gooutdoorsflorida.com.
